Sylas is really starting to help out around the house.

Vacuuming is his #1 chore. There isn't a #2. (yet)

Halloween was wild. Sylas hung with the Blackstocks because G and I had a wedding to attend, and trick-or-treating with that bunch was clearly the best party around.

We did a Team Dove HALF MARATHON!

Quinn and I celebrated.

There's been lots of hanging with little ladies lately, but I think S is still oblivious to how lucky he is to have such lovely company. That wont last forever.

Winter is here in a big way, so we got a big coat and went straight to the beach. It was a blast.

This Thanksgiving we headed to Salem, and it was one for the ages.

And then these muppets got together and ate peanut butter sandwiches.

we went to see the swifts.

and we got Grampy's chair in the mail. it took a few minutes to figure out, but Sylas was victorious in the end.

we also got a chance for an afternoon in the gorge...

and bike rides still reign supreme.

Halloween is right around the corner! but the spookiest surprise has been the pumpkins, not the costumes.

face bruises are also spooky.

but not all that surprising, given the ongoing shenanigans around here.

and then we went to Costco. with Quinn.

she really knows how to have a good time.
